PHOTO: JMC Students with Sears Eldredge
This group photo was sent in by former JMC theatre instructor Sears Eldredge in March 2004. It shows a trio of JMC students along with Sears himself (on the far right). The date of the photo is unknown.
The blond student next to Sears (i.e., second from right) is Christian (Chris) Thor. Chris died back in the 1980's (cf. his entry on the In Memoriam webpage at this site).
John Stick has written in to identify the young lady (second from left): "The woman in ...[this] ... second of Sear's photos is Beth Sperry, from Midland, who entered JMC in 1971."
According to the caption on Sears' original JPEG file, the fellow on the far left is 'Gregory .........' (apparently meaning Sears couldn't recall Greg's last name).

Gregory X (last name unknown - yet); Beth Sperry; Chris Thor, Sears Eldredge

Unknown. Beth Sperry entered JMC in (Fall?) 1971, which I think was also the year Sears arrived. Chris Thor entered JMC the same time as I did (Fall 1969), and he's listed on (my class's) graduation list for Spring 1973. Unless Chris remained in the MSU environs thereafter, spring 1973 would therefore seem to be the latest estimated timeframe for this photo. (- Randy)
